Community Living Camp ( Day 2)

Day 2 – Creativity, Culture, and Collective Responsibility: The second day opened with an engaging session by Sri Vishnu Kallara, Magician, who demonstrated how magic can be effectively used as a teaching-learning strategy. His performance highlighted the importance of curiosity, attention, and experiential learning in classrooms. The session offered innovative ideas for making abstract concepts more engaging for learners. In the afternoon, Sri Joy Nandavanam enriched the programme through folk songs that emphasized aesthetic education and cultural values. The day concluded with the vibrant “Ramsan Nilavu” cultural programme and communal iftar, symbolizing unity and inclusivity. On this day, my Group (2 Tulip) took charge as Fusion Force, actively supporting programme coordination and ensuring the smooth flow of events.

Community Living Camp ( Day 1)

Day 1 – A Thoughtful Beginning at Psychopark: The five-day camp began with a dignified flag-hoisting ceremony at 8:15 a.m., marking the official inauguration. Participants then proceeded to Psychopark, a centre dedicated to psychological awareness and experiential learning. The visit created an intellectually stimulating atmosphere, setting the tone for meaningful academic and personal engagement throughout the camp. The inaugural function commenced at 10:30 a.m. with an inspiring address by Dr. L. R. Madhujan, Psychologist and Director of Psychopark, who linked psychological theories with real-life classroom practices. The guided tour and interactive session enriched understanding of behavioural and cognitive psychology. On this day,my Group (2 Tulip) actively served as Feast Facilitators, efficiently coordinating arrangements and ensuring smooth hospitality, reflecting teamwork, responsibility, and cooperation.

Farewell Party: Today we gave farewell party to our seniors.The event included interesting games and activities, photo booth, reflections, music ,dance etc. Seniors also got the opportunity to share their valuable experiences at our College . It was a wonderful day with lot of good memories.

SAMANWAYAM 2025 RALLY

The SAMANWAYAM 2025 Community Living Camp organized a successful bike rally from our college campus, promoting social awareness and community spirit. Participants carried placards with the camp's name and motto, "Happiness through Waves of Education," spreading a positive message and fostering unity.

PTM Fest: A valedictory function and prize distribution event hosted by the PTM Group of Institutions in Maruthoorkonam, Kottukal, Balaramapuram, Thiruvananthapuram. The event features film actor Mr. M.R. Gopakumar as the chief guest and is scheduled for March 21, 2025, at 3:00 PM.

PTM Fest:"PTM Fest 2K25 Yuvaaravam," an arts and cultural festival organized by the PTM Group of Institutions in Maruthoorkonam, Tvm. The programmes included were dance, mime,skit etc.

INTERNATIONAL MATHEMATICS DAY & Pi DAY CELEBRATION :The Mathematics Department in our class celebrated International Mathematics Day and Pi Day with an engaging program, featuring a PPT presentation on pi's importance(Saranya), an introductory speech by Deepthi Teacher, and exciting puzzle games, including the Pi Pillow game with teacher participation, culminating in prizes for the winners, making it a fun and memorable day for all. It gave lot of information and entertainment at the same time.

Football Competition: The B.Ed team triumphed in the inter-institutional Games Fest, hosted jointly by PTMCE, PTM ITE, and KDM Paramedical Institute, accumulating 51 points and winning the cricket and badminton events, culminating in a football tournament.

Our B.Ed team had a resounding success at the Annual Games Badminton tournament, securing top honors with victories in Boys' Doubles and Girls' Singles, runner-up in Boys' Singles, and third place in Girls' Doubles, culminating in their triumph as overall champions.

The Women's Club and Koode Union hosted a vibrant International Women's Day celebration, 'DAKSHA 2025', which featured a rally, debate, and inspiring discussions. The event aimed to promote women's empowerment and provide a platform for women to share their experiences and perspectives. The debate on 'Marriage vs. Career' sparked interesting discussions, highlighting the challenges women face in balancing their personal and professional lives. The rally and inspiring discussions added to the energetic atmosphere, fostering a sense of community and solidarity among the participants. Overall, 'DAKSHA 2025' was a resounding success, inspiring women to strive for excellence and promoting a culture of equality and inclusivity.
