School Based Activity

As part of a creative language development activity based on Bruner’s Discovery Learning approach, students were shown a sequence of pictures — a cat, a ball, and a broken vase — and were encouraged to observe, think, and construct their own short story. This engaging activity inspired learners to use their imagination and reasoning skills to connect the visuals meaningfully, promoting critical thinking and narrative skills. Through discussion and discovery, students actively participated in exploring cause-and-effect relationships, enhancing both their linguistic expression and creative storytelling abilities.

“The Teens Club organized an awareness programme on the harmful effects of drugs and ways to prevent them. The event was well-planned and featured cultural performances. On another day, I was also engaged in serving the noon meal as part of my routine duties.”

Our school organized Sports Day with great enthusiasm, beginning with the flag hoisting ceremony and followed by a variety of games that filled the campus with excitement and joy. Students actively participated in different events, showcasing their talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship, while the audience cheered them on with equal spirit. On another day, students also took part in karate practice, where they displayed discipline, confidence, and self-defense techniques, adding another dimension of strength and determination to school activities. Both events highlighted the importance of physical fitness, unity, and perseverance in student life.
